Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack WordPress Developer with a strong track record of working with WordPress VIP and expertise in React and Gutenberg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex WordPress-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement WordPress websites and applications using best practices and industry standards
- Utilize React and Gutenberg to create responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces
- Work with WordPress VIP to ensure seamless deployment and hosting of websites
- Collaborate with designers, UX engineers, and product managers to translate user requirements into functional WordPress solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex WordPress issues and performance optimizations
- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites to ensure security and optimal performance
- Stay abreast of the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack WordPress Developer
- Strong proficiency with WordPress VIP, including:
- WP-CLI, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Experience with WordPress hosting, security, and performance optimization
- Expertise with React and Gutenberg
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest technologies
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with other CMS platforms such as Drupal or Magento
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
